When We Might Cancel Your Order:

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and that’s okay. Below are some of the most common reasons why we might cancel your order:

  • Delayed Payment : If the payment for your order isn’t received on time
  • Missing Information : If we request the necessary/* information to fulfill your order and it’s not provided within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Delivery Issues : If you don’t allow us to deliver the products to you or collect them within a reasonable time.
  • Bulk orders : In case of an attempt to make bulk or multi-order purchases.
  • Product Unavailability : If the product(s) you ordered are not available for fulfillment.

Orders Already in Motion :

Rest assured, once an order is already in process, in route, or delivered, we won’t be able to modify it. Please remember, changes to delivery instructions can only be accepted if they reach us at least 2 working hours before the scheduled delivery time. Also, any cancellation request needs to reach us 24 hours before the delivery date. Additionally, a customer can benefit from bjm.ae On-spot return policy. As per this policy, users can check and return their order at the time of delivery.

Note : On-spot return feature is applicable only in certain situations, where delivery item(s):

  • Are not as per what the user has ordered.
  • Have arrived physically damaged.
  • Are of different variations/specifications other than the originally ordered items.

Note : Situations where On-spot return features are not applicable include when a customer

  • Has accepted the delivery and the delivery person has left the delivery location.
  • Has opened a sealed product from its original packaging
  • Opened and used the delivered products.

Please note that, the above mentioned are only a fraction of the real-word situations that may occur. Just like each customer is different, experiences can vary and bjm.ae strives to resolve all cases promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.

Discount Voucher Usage:

If you have a Discount Voucher from bjm.ae, make the most of it! Please remember that each voucher can be used once and has an expiration date, even if the order doesn’t go through successfully.

Cancellations by You:

Should you need to cancel an order, remember

  • If the order hasn’t been processed or approved, we’ll cancel it and refund the entire amount to your credit/debit card.
  • Cancellations made after shipping will incur a cancellation fee of AED 40, which will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and processing costs. We have the tools to determine whether an order has shipped or not. Our decision in this matter is final, and we appreciate your understanding.

Refund

1. BJM Refund Policy

Items shipped from bjm.ae can be returned within the 7 days (as mentioned on the purchase) of receipt of shipment in most cases if the product is eligible for return. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. 

The items can take 7 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to two business days for us to receive and process your return. 

Refund or Exchange is allowed only once duly approved by the after sales service team of  Bashir Jan Muhammad Trading LLC. After the return is processed it may take 3 business days for Refund or Exchange. If any update on changes due to product unavailability will be informed accordingly. 

2. Eligibility

Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Item was defective
  • Item was damaged during the Shipping
  • Products was / were missing
  • Wrong item was sent.
  • bjm.ae was unable to procure products: a reasonable time of 7 days from the date of authorization has to be given
  • Item cannot be repaired
  • Lost in deliveries.

The After Sales Service Office is the sole reference for any claim of exchange or refund.

3. Terms & Conditions for Refund or Exchange:

  1. Any items to be exchanged, refunded or repaired must be presented with the Order Confirmation and the Original Delivery Note as proof of purchase. No exchange, refund or repair will be considered without it.
  2. Refunds shall be made in the same manner in which the purchase of the item was made. For the avoidance of doubt, items that were purchased in cash shall be refunded in cash while items purchased by credit/debit card shall be refunded to the same credit/debit card
  3. Installed items are not subject to any exchange or refund
  4. T&C for different categories are as follows:-

Electronics

  1. The item must be returned with the original packaging sealed and unopened.
  2. If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  3. If the product is not working due to manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must be returned too.

Beauty and Health

  1. Hair and personal care, vitamins-dietary supplements and sports nutrition products are not eligible for return.
  2. Beauty (Cosmetics, Skin Care, etc.), fragrances and Health products that are opened or used will not be accepted.

Fashion

  1. Apparels such as inner garments, lingerie, swimwear, socks & tights are not eligible for return.
  2. Apparel products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging.
  3. Footwear, eyewear, watches, bags & luggage must be returned in their original packaging with all tags completely intact.

Home & Kitchen

  1. Furniture and large home appliances are not eligible for return.
  2. Home decor products are accepted for a return only if the product is unopened, free from any damage, and must be in the original packaging.
  3. Unwrapped bedding products will not be accepted for return.
  4. Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed will not be accepted unless they are defective.

Sports & Outdoors

  1. Products eligible for return can be returned only if the product is not used and is in the original packaging.

Automotive

  1. The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
  2. If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  3. If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must be returned too.

4. Non-eligibility

Products that are not eligible cannot be returned under any circumstances. A product will not be accepted as returned until it has been notified to the customer that it is accepted for return. We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

5. General Conditions Applicable to All Return

  1. bjm.ae shall reserve the right to return a product to the customer if the product returned does not meet any of its conditions.
  2. The Customer shall not be entitled to any refund if the product is not eligible for return
  3. In the case a product is declined for a return request at any stage, we will make two (2) attempts to deliver the product back to the customer.
  4. In case both attempts of delivery are unsuccessful, we will hold the product for three (3) business days only in our delivery hub/logistics service provider.
  5. The customer can raise a request for another attempt with our customer care team within three (3) business days post the last notified attempt.
  6. If we receive a request from customer for another attempt within three (3) business days post the last notified attempt, we can arrange the last attempt for delivery within two (2) business days otherwise the item will be sent for liquidation and the customer won’t be able to request for delivery of the product again.

Return Policy

To initiate any exchange, refund, or repair, kindly present the Order Confirmation and Original Delivery Note as proof of purchase. We accept returns of products for purchases up to 7 days of delivery only if the products delivered are not what you ordered. If your product is not returned with all original items received with it, we may reject the return entirely.

If you wish to return a package product that has been purchased at a discounted price during the promotion period of bjm.ae, all the products in the package must be returned together at once to get a refund of the payment.

The following reasons for returning an item due to change of mind are not valid

  1. If the product (including components) is damaged after opening due to the consumer’s responsibility
  2. For custom-ordered products (e.g., stamping your name on the product surface).

  4. If personal hygiene items (earphones, Bluetooth headsets, wired headsets, headphones, loungerie & cosmetics etc.) are unpacked.
